The Important Stuff

We are choosing to get married in an outdoor setting, in true Idaho fashion.  The terrain is a little rough, and it will get cool in the evening.  Please wear appropriate footwear and bring a jacket.

We are so excited you will be joining us.  
We have hired a wonderful photographer to document the ceremony and some of our reception.

As you take pictures throughout the afternoon and evening, please be courteous, and stay out of the photographers shots, and keep your phones out of the aisle (Don't be that person).

We would also love it if you would prioritize sharing all your photos with us from the day.

Traveling and Accommodations

Where to stay:

We invite you to join us at the camp Friday night and Saturday. Stay in a rustic cabin in the woods. We're talking fuzzy blankets, sleeping bags, and a community bathroom. There is also an outdoor fire pit, and you can bet we will be enjoying that at night!

​There are limited camper trailer spaces available too, so please let us know if you would like to reserve a cabin bed or a camper trailer space.

Please feel free to also utilize VRBO or Air B&B to find a place!

Flying:

We recommend flying in to Boise (BOI) or Sun Valley (SUN). Boise tends to be a little more affordable, however, it does require a two and a half hour drive to get into Hailey.  As we get closer, it may be possible to coordinate vehicle rentals to accommodate multiple parties arriving at the same time.

What to wear to the wedding:

Please wear cocktail attire: nice dresses, skirts, and slacks or dress pants, but because we will be outside at a campground, the terrain can be a bit tricky. We would advise you to pick your footwear carefully, so as to avoid any unwanted injuries. 

What to bring:

• Dancing Shoes
• Warm Layers
• If you are driving in and staying in a cabin, we ask that you bring sleeping bags, pillows, sleeping pads,  and a folding chair. If you are flying in, this will be provided for you.  Check your email for the information about this.
  

*Please Note: There is NO Cell Phone Service at the camp.

The camp is located 17 miles north of Ketchum, off Highway 75, on the left hand side. The forest service road marker is number 117.
