I am a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. I am a dreamer, and I am a believer.
I have a background which prepares me perfectly for every wedding and event which I coordinate. I grew up around weddings with a mother and friends in the industry. In college, my first direction was in art, architecture, and interior design. In school, I also studied and worked in photography, furthering my understanding of light and design composition. A change of course would earn me a degree in psychology, and from there, I worked for 9 years with mental health clients and victims of crime. I began my business as a side hustle; Something beautiful and happy, in a world where I was surrounded by trauma and crisis. Eventually, my side hustle grew to be more than just that, and I was inspired to leave the security of employment to pursue my passion... this journey... as a full time wedding planner and entrepreneur.
Since then, my husband and I have welcomed our 2 sons, Finn (age 3) and Merrick, into the world. (If you have a meeting or phone call with me this year, you may get to meet our newest addition!) Parenthood has been a huge, but amazing challenge. This life, this balance... I am so lucky to be where I am, raising my family, and to have the opportunity to build my dreams and to work with such amazing couples, vendors, and team mates. I love my life.
